Terms of use

1. The free promise

ships.ng is free forever. A CSR project by Superuser Systems with no fees, no trials and no checkout. We may pause registrations to protect quality (see rollout notices).

2. Acceptable use

No spam, scams, phishing, impersonation of banks or government, malware, or illegal content. One strike can mean instant suspension or purge.

3. Your subdomains

Names are first-come, first-served (4+ characters). We may reclaim names held abusively, unused with malicious intent, or violating these terms. Purged names return to the pool for anyone.

4. Uptime & availability

We run on Cloudflare's edge and aim high, but this is a free community service with no SLA and no uptime guarantees. Registrations open in waves and may pause to protect quality; claiming is fair-use rate-limited. Point critical businesses at infrastructure you control.

5. Support tips

Tips are voluntary donations to keep the service free. They buy nothing, unlock nothing, and are non-refundable.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. Questions: see the docs or reach out via GitHub.
